AI Chatbot - Internal Assist / Query Support

User Stories :

• As a Developer, I can design an intent-based chatbot that classifies queries (e.g.,support, setup, policy) and retrieves contextually relevant data using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).

(Hint: Maintain embeddings from internal docs and integrate via vector DB for real time context fetching.)

• As an Admin, I can review chat logs and feedback ratings to audit performance, flag inaccurate responses, and fine-tune intents for better accuracy.

(Hint: Store chat transcripts with metadata — intent, confidence score, rating — for analytics dashboards.)
