Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Architect scalable AI systems that connect reasoning, automation, and real-time data.
  2. Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to evolve Brained’s core intelligence stack.
  3. Integrate LLMs, retrieval systems, and agentic pipelines into secure, modular workflows.
  4. Push the limits of CERA’s contextual understanding and decision-making capabilities.
  5. Ensure system reliability, transparency, and performance at enterprise scale.

Requirements:

  1. 5-6 years of experience in AI/ML architecture, backend systems, or intelligent automation.
  2. Strong foundation in distributed systems, LLM ops, and vector or graph-based reasoning.
  3. Proficiency in Python or Node.js; experience with cloud infra (AWS / GCP / Azure).
  4. A systems thinker who can turn abstract ideas into working intelligence.
