Sales Development Representative

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct analysis of market trends and competitive strategies to help identify sales opportunities.

  • Engage with customers to ensure their needs are understood and incorporated into product development and improvements.

    • Collaborate with the finance, product management, and marketing teams to align on pricing, messaging, and business strategies to reach revenue goals.
    • Help resolve challenges across the sales, marketing, and account management teams to drive smooth operations.
    • Assist in contract negotiations and support the closing of deals.
    • Contribute to prospecting and identifying new clients in various industries for tech solutions.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 1.5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
  • Strong drive to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Basic understanding of sales strategies, marketing, and business models.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and supporting leadership in the execution of strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

Preferred Skills -

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other sales and business productivity tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
